Kim Taylor

Kimberly Taylor, founder and CEO of Taylor Collective Solutions, is a visionary leader with over 30 years of expertise in public relations, community engagement, marketing, media strategy, and business development. Her extensive experience includes managing multi-year national and statewide issue campaigns, developing corporate strategies, and raising hundreds of millions in sponsorships and support for various organizations and causes.

With over 15 years in the transportation and infrastructure sectors, Kimberly has successfully collaborated with communities and elected officials to advance major projects. She has also worked with dignitaries, including U.S. presidents, senators, and members of Congress, to champion key initiatives. Kimberly serves on multiple nonprofit and government boards, and her team of consultants excels in communications, marketing, and event planning, consistently delivering impactful results.

Esme Orozco

Esme is a skilled project manager specializing in public relations, event planning, community engagement, and digital strategy. She has managed client relationships across NGOs, venture capital, and advocacy groups, leading impactful digital campaigns and strategic communications. Her career began as a college student, where she interned twice through Virtual Student Federal Service (VSFS), graduating with a BA in Russian, East European, and Eurasian studies with a minor in Russian. Esme has previous experience working in the Texas State Legislature and was a Progressive Pipeline Fellow while working at SKDK’s NYC Public Affairs office. Esme is trilingual and fluent in Spanish with some proficiency in Russian.

Caroline Driggers

Caroline Driggers is a seasoned Social Media Specialist at Taylor Collective Solutions, where she has been a key asset for several years. Her expertise lies in managing social media strategies, crafting compelling content, and overseeing design needs for our diverse clientele. With a strong background in public relations and community engagement, Caroline excels in writing, editing, and creative brand strategy, making her a go-to expert in social media management. Her proficiency in problem-solving and innovative approaches ensures that our clients' social media presence is both impactful and engaging.

Aleksa Flyckt-Csitkovits

Aleksa grew up and is based in San Antonio. She is a skilled communications professional specializing in public relations, community engagement, digital strategy, and client engagement. Her expertise includes social media management, content creation, stakeholder outreach, and brand strategy. While earning degrees in Economics and Public Relations from The University of Texas at Austin, she directed a Gold-winning Tide campaign at the American Advertising Federation Austin Awards. As a native Spanish speaker, she excels in managing diverse projects and brings a global perspective to her work.

Eliot Lam brings a wealth of experience from his work in the New York State Senate, the Texas State Legislature, and Texas politics to his role at Taylor Collective Solutions. Eliot manages social media, community engagement, and research with proficiency in web design and various PR tools, including Canva, Better Unite, Constant Contact, and MailChimp. He is deeply passionate about social and economic justice, dedicating his career to advancing causes that promote a more equitable society for all.

Kristin Mansell

Kristin specializes in fine arts and communication design with a focus on graphic design. She is not only an accomplished designer but also a community outreach specialist with expertise in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design platforms. Outside of her academic and creative work, Kristin is an active member of the UNT Equestrian team and Zeta Tau Alpha sorority. With a passion for visual storytelling, she aims to pursue a career as a book cover designer, utilizing her design and outreach skills to make a meaningful impact.

    As a seasoned strategist, Jess has served as a fractional Chief Marketing Officer and Interim Marketing Director, guiding organizations through high-stakes moments with clarity and purpose. She also shares her expertise as a professor with the California Asian Chamber of Commerce and the state’s nonprofit resource center, helping to shape the next generation of marketing and business leaders.

    Christine Martin is one of the nation’s elite political digital strategists, founder, and principal at CampaignlyGroup. Her unique approach to digital assets and small-dollar fundraising has converted millions of grassroots supporters into highly invested campaign donors and raised $25 million for Democratic organizations and campaigns.

    Before entering politics, Christine received a Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and a B.A. from Columbia University. She has authored 17 academic publications on big data and data analytics.

    Scott P. Martin has nearly two decades of legal experience advising organizations and campaigns on a variety of compliance and other issues. His work at Campaignly focuses on the legal issues involved in mass communications, including under the CAN-SPAM Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Before partnering with Christine, Scott was an appellate partner at a large international law firm and clerked for Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.
